Service Department Assistance Request

I offer a variety of services, many which can be done via phone or video conferencing. For video conferencing, which is free from computer to computer via the Internet, I prefer Skype, which is a free service. My service include, but are not limited to:
- Improving sales, customer handling and general service operations and procedures
- Individual coaching/education for managers for process creation/improvement, supporting employees, problem solving and conflict resolution
- Individual coaching/education for service personnel for customer communications, sales and organizational/time management skills
To acquaint myself with your company and its needs, I prefer to start with a phone interview of an hour or less to fully understand if my areas of expertise are a match for the current challenges your company is facing.
My charges can vary depending on the services needed. All pricing for services include all travel expenses to and from your location as cost effectively as possible:
For companies in the Houston area:
- Rate via Worldwide Web Internet Video Conferencing - $150.00/hr usd, minimum of 1 hr paid in advance, all video conferencing will be recorded and available to client
- Daily Rate on Location in the Houston area - $600.00 usd, maximum of 6 hours, or $125/hr usd.
- $.50/mile plus fuel cost if using personal vehicle
- A 50% deposit before starting on location.
For companies outside of Houston:
- Rate via Worldwide Web Internet Video Conferencing - $150.00/hr usd, minimum of 1 hr paid in advance, all video conferencing will be recorded and available to client
- Daily Rate on Location - $800.00 usd, maximum of 6 hours, or $150/hr usd.
- Hotel, medium grade such as Hampton Inn, Fairfield Inn, etc.
- Air fare, coach class, if non-refundable, it is paid in advance plus any change fees
- Car rental, compact model plus fuel costs
- Meals, maximum $85/day
- $.50/mile plus fuel cost if using personal vehicle
- A 50% deposit plus air fare will be required before starting on location.
These prices reflect fees for working in the Continental United States, prices might be higher based on the location and situation.
In many cases, situations can be handled via video conferencing to minimize travel and time expenses. You will need high-speed Internet and a simple computer video camera, external or built into your laptop. Then register to use services like Skype or SightSpeed.
