These are live, raw videos I thought managers might find helpful in working with their people. The videos are from different presentations, mostly to service managers, over the last 20+ years. These live videos are without any special editing, lighting or scripting other than the general info I share when presenting these different topics. I took these videos from a single camera angle. I hope you enjoy them and find them as good resources. I will be adding more videos over time.

These videos are presented in Quicktime and Windows Media formats. The Quicktime Videos should stream, but the Windows Media Videos may not, depending on your setup, and could require a download.
