Daniel Emmanuel

Daniel Emmanuel began his organizational development work in 1980, when he helped found Resource International with friend and associate, Robert Pennington, PhD. His career developed with joining Pacific Stereo as their Texas regional trainer in 1984. While in Dallas, his automotive career started when he was recuited by J. D. Power and Associates to be a part of a national team to develop workshops and present them to dealerships. Since then, he has worked with Chrysler, Toyota, Ford, Mazda and Nissan assisting car dealership service departments in all areas of operations for managers and their staff.

She has delivered more than 3,000 presentations Domestically and Internationally and has worked with over 500 dealerships to create powerful training courses. Valerie believes in creating a comfortable and engaging learning environment that focuses on real world solutions.
