Daniel Emmanuel

Daniel Emmanuel began his organization development work in 1980, when he helped found Resource International with friend and associate, Robert Pennington, PhD. His career developed with joining Pacific Stereo as their Texas regional trainer in 1984. While in Dallas, his automotive career started when he was recuited by J. D. Power and Associates to be a part of a national team to develop workshops and present them to dealerships. Since then, he has worked with DaimlerChrysler, Toyota, Ford, Mazda and Nissan assisting car dealership service departments in all areas of operations for managers and their staff.

Daniel created Automotive Service Management.com as a resource for automotive service management professionals. In the future he will be adding other resources to this webpage.
